On October 7, 1998, a young gay man was brutally beaten and left to die tied to a fence in the hills outside Laramie, Wyoming. It shocked a nation and divided the town.
This play is constructed from interviews by the Tectonic Theater Project with the people of Laramie to give a highly personal view of the events which led to the murder in a deeply moving piece of theatre.
