This Yoga Basics course is an introduction to the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga.
During this 4 week course you will learn some of the basic asanas in Hatha Yoga,
including forward bends, back bends, standing poses, twists, balances, inversions
and hip openers. You will also learn the 7 moving principles, helping to bring the
body into alignment and do some simple breathing exercises.
Suitable for: Complete beginners and people who may have been to a few classes,
but would like to develop a more regular practice.
This course is limited to eight people so that you can receive personal attention to
support you in building your practice from a healthy start.
