Formula Records Presents

Formula Records will be hosting it's first official label night on Wednesday 4th April at East Village with label-head Champion showcasing some of his favourite artists and introducing upcoming talent from the label. Champion has managed to garner attention from far and wide after his first release on Terror Danjah's Hardrive imprint at the top of 2011 with 'Motherboard' and launched Formula Records shortly after with the ubiquitous 'Lighter EP' as the debut release.

Now after releasing its third record, 'Crazy' which featured Princess Nyah, the label moves into the clubland and it's first offering features affiliates Terror Danjah and Royal -T who have both played a big part in pushing the sound of Grime forward with them both releasing on Butterz. Also on the bill is Formula Record's latest signee, Notion, who's upcoming release on the label has been played by the likes Roska and Brackles and he promises to be one to watch out for in coming months. Rounding off things is P-Jam who has made a much welcomed return to the music scene after previously working with the likes of D Double E, Shystie and Big Narstie and has upcoming releases pencilled in for Hardrive and Earth 616.

Entrance on the night is free and there will be a few special guest appearances so it will be a great way to kick start your Easter Bank Holiday partying schedule!
