Belvedere have recently released their Bloody Mary Vodka, and to celebrate, Belvedere has collaborated with Randall&Aubin to create an exclusive brunch menu which is available throughout May.

The Belvedere Bloody Mary Brunch Menu with Belvedere will be available every weekend from April 30th – May 30th 2012. It is an opportunity not to be missed for epicureans, and those who are in search of the perfect Bloody Mary.

The Full Belvedere Bloody Mary brunch menu:

Pork schnitzel with fried eggs, capers & potato salad £18.50 (Breaded pork fillet, capers & Randall’s potato salad) Although it is generally accepted that the schnitzel is an Austrian dish, it is claimed by some that it originally came from Poland and was brought to Austria by Polish troops during the Battle of Vienna in 1683. The word ‘Vodka’ was recorded for the first time in 1405 in Polish court documents. This first dish on the Randall & Aubin and Belvedere Brunch menu celebrates all things Polish! Paired with Spicy Apple cocktail @ £7.50

Soft egg scotch style with anchovy mayonnaise & truffle
watercress salad £8.50 (Breaded soft boiled hen’s egg with pork & apple) With this dish the natural richness of the pork meat with the sweetness of the soft boiled hen’s egg encased in crisp breadcrumbs are wonderfully complimented with the light, tart flavours of apple, a notoriously difficult ingredient to pair up but served with the heat of the horseradish and the piquant flavour of the black pepper in the Belvedere vodka this is a perfect marriage. Paired with Canary Mary cocktail £7.50

Randall’s burger with flat fried eggs & blue cheese £14.50 (Ground prime beef with flipped fried eggs over blue cheese, fries & garnish) Blue cheese works well Belvedere Bloody Mary – the blue cheese gives a wonderful hit of aroma and flavour which prepares the senses for the spice to come with the Bloody Mary cocktail. Paired with ‘Very’ Mary cocktail £7.50

Hot asparagus, crisp maple bacon, poached eggs & muffins £12.50 (Evesham asparagus, maple bacon, glazed with hollandaise) The focus of this dish is the salty flavours of bacon with the sweetness of the maple syrup – a delicious combination which comes from the US and one can only assume was discovered by mistake! With the addition of soft poached eggs these 3 flavours work perfectly with the cutting flavour of vodka and the spiced blend of tomato which leaves one with a clean, refreshed palate. Paired with Belvedere Pineapple Mary @ £7.50

Omelette Arnold Bennett £12.50 (Smoked haddock, hollandaise & parmesan soufflé omelette with pommes frites) The English novelist Arnold Bennett is one of the few celebrities to have a dish named after them. The chefs at the Savoy Hotel in London perfected an omelette that included smoked haddock, Parmesan cheese & cream and Bennett loved it so much he had it prepared wherever he went – it has been a Savoy standard ever since. Mary I of England, first daughter of Henry VIII is another of the few who, it is often claimed, can join this select club. In her case the attribute is flattering – as the Bloody Mary cocktail refers to her persecution of Protestants during her reign. Paired with Cucumber Fix cocktail @ £7.50
