This is Woody Allen’s first foray to the French capital since 1996’s Everyone Says I Love You. Gil (Owen Wilson) and Inez (Rachel McAdams) arrive in Paris truly in love. But deep down, their vision of a future together is different. Whereas Inez dreams of a home in Manhattan, Gil is entranced by Paris, talking long walks through the night and reimagining another life and the characters he would populate it with. The result is yet another delightful comedy of manners from Allen.
