This month our Executive Head Chef Dhayalan Paul launched his eagerly awaited new a la carte menu at Mint Leaf Lounge. To celebrate the launch we invite you to join us and experience a selection of Dhayalan’s new creations that have been paired with some of our finest wines by our Restaurant Manager Reynard Felder.
The evening will be co-hosted by Thomas Bricout from Enotria, and Mint Leaf General Manager Gerard McCann, who will provide an insight into the wine and food pairing.
