graffitimundo invites you to the Pop-Up Art Shop - the first in a series of events taking place in London in 2012 promoting the Buenos Aires urban art scene.

Argentina’s turbulent history has produced an extraordinary urban art culture with a unique visual language. The events of the last century
have made the city walls into a channel for public expression, and the lines between art and activism, graffiti and muralism have become
blurred.

For the Pop-Up Art Shop, graffitimundo will take over the walls of the much loved Kensal Rise destination THE SHOP. We'll be showcasing affordable artwork from a number of leading Argentine artists, including screen prints, hand painted stencils, canvases and art created using found objects.

The excellent people from GAUCHO restaurants will be providing delicious empanadas, and THE SHOP have an impressive cocktail menu so please come and join us for the opening of the Pop-Up Art Shop at 6pm on Thursday 21st at 75 Chamberlayne Road, Kensal Rise, NW10 3ND
