Lightning Process Course

The Lightning Process is a training programme that shows you a way to use the connection between your brain and body to support your health and well-being. Combining concepts from neuro-linguistic programming, life coaching and the principles behind osteopathy, it has wide applications. Kate Gare, one of the most experienced practitioners in the UK, has already trained more than 500 participants, with people reporting improvements in health, well-being and happiness.

The course is taught in small groups over three consecutive afternoons and Kate runs monthly courses in the heart of Clapham.
