Free Yoga in the Park to celebrate the start of Olympics London 2012.
Open to men and women of all ages, levels of experience and ability.
A fun session of stretches, de-stressing breathing and meditation.
Bring a towel or a yoga mat if you have one (or something to lay on the grass).
The session will be led by senior level Yoga teacher Divya, from West Hampstead, London.
