Pizza-making class

Fancy learning how to make what famed foodie Tom Parker Bowles reckons is the UK’s best pizza? In which case hotfoot it down to Franco Manca in Chiswick where one of their experienced pizza chefs will be hosting unmissable masterclasses on creating the most authentic offering this side of Naples.

A simple step-by-step-guide will enable students to replicate in their own kitchen what they’ve learnt in the restaurant.

Aside from expert tuition they will also have the opportunity to work with some of the fabulous ingredients which have always been central to the Franco Manca experience: organic tomatoes from Italy; pizza flour from the renowned Molino Caputo in Naples and the freshest mozzarella courtesy of Greens Organic Farm in Somerset.

Classes will be held from 4pm-6pm on 16th July, 20th August, 10th September, 8th October, 12th November and 10th December. The cost is just £20 per person to include the cost of the actual pizza. Places are limited to 15 per session so early booking is recommended.

Anyone wishing to host a private pizza making party at Franco Manca Chiswick can do so on any Monday or Tuesday, from 4pm-6pm.
