A unique and precious collection of more than 1000 sacred relics of the Buddha and other Buddhist masters is currently touring the world, with the aim of bringing the blessings of the relics and the message of loving-kindness to as many people as possible, irrespective of faith, culture or religion.

This is a rare opportunity to view these relics, many of which were found among the cremation ashes of Buddhist masters. They resemble pearl-like crystals and, according to Buddhist belief, embody a master’s spiritual qualities of compassion and wisdom. They are deliberately produced by the master at his or her death to give inspiration their students and followers.

The relics are clearly visible inside display cases and, for those who want a more personal experience, individual blessings can be given, where the relics of the Buddha are gently placed on the head. It is common for visitors to report experiences of deep peace and inspiration in the presence of the relics.

"World peace must develop from inner peace. Peace is not just the absence of violence. Peace is the manifestation of human compassion……….This project is really wonderful; and is the result of great courage and determination and from the depths of my heart I appreciate and applaud this wonderful project. You should realise this is a holy and sacred project.”
- His Holiness the Dalai Lama
