We have another fantastic night of live music lined up for you, this time at the mighty Power Lunches in Dalston for the bargain price of just £3.

Toodar are Tom, Oli, James and Isabel. Their wonderful brand of what they describe as 'alt-pop' saw them tipped by Virgin Red Room and BBC Introducing as ones to watch in 2011, and they have received airplay from Lauren Laverne, XFM’s John Kennedy and Tom Robinson who described single ‘Toy’ as "drop dead gorgeous". Definitely not to be missed.

Rumour Cubes are a London-based six-piece creating atmospheric instrumental music. Working with poets and film makers and writing custom music software to sync videos to their live performances, the band construct a multimedia experience where dense ambient textures and intricate rhythms underlie beautiful melodies highlighted by violin and viola. Their debut album, 'The Narrow State' was released earlier this year and the band have recently recorded a follow-up single with poet Steve Willey.

Ogives was originally started as recording project, exploring guitar ideas and sounds solo. The most recent album, Iota is a series of noiseart or postrock tracks that are loud, at times ambient, complex and personal. Sometimes similar to Rothko, Ganger, Autechre or Aphex Twin. With the addition of a drummer, Ogives is now re-interpreting the guitar ideas with drums and aim to take the visuals on the stage. Ogives are currently working on a new EP and short film.
