Situated in the Wine Rooms in Smith of Smithfield this master class will be from our very own executive chef Tony Moyse.

Tony will be butchering rare breed mutton to show you what under rated meat this is
You will then get to taste the cuts along with a tutored Tasting of some great Spanish reds.
