Pasta making class

In the pasta class you will learn:
· How to choose the right flour, eggs, tools and work surface
· How to knead the initial dough, its resting time and shelf life
· Rolling of pasta by machine and by rolling pin
· Shaping of ravioli and tortellini
· 1 stuffing for ravioli
· 2 sauces to match the pastas and raviolis we prepare

This is a 3 hour event. You will be taking home the pasta you don’t munch down during class!
