If you have ever visited our London Museum and wished that you could take one of our Spitfires home with you, now you can for free - but in miniature.
Since the launch of its 1st Spitfire aircraft kit, Airfix has regularly based its aircraft range of models on aeroplanes found in the Royal Air Force Museum's aircraft collection.
To celebrate this fact, from 20th of August until 2nd of September, we are giving our visitors the opportunity to make and paint their own 1:72 scale Spitfire model to take home with them for free.

Admission is free. There is a limited number of places available, and with this the sessions are on a strictly first come, first served basis. 150 people can be catered for at any one time.
