Pasta making class

This class is dedicated to pasta lovers. In this 3 hours course you will discover the secrets of silky, rich, homemade fresh pasta.
By machine and by rolling pin we will create together 2 traditional Italian dishes using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
At the end of the class we will feast on our preparations and box the leftovers to take home (you will have bragging rights and the proof that you made all those goodies from scratch!)

In the pasta class you will learn:
• How to choose the right flour, eggs, tools and work surface
• How to knead the initial dough, its resting time and shelf life
• Rolling of pasta by machine and by rolling pin
• Shaping of ravioli and tortellini
• 1 stuffing for ravioli
• 2 sauces to match the pastas and raviolis we prepare

This is a 3 hour event. You will be taking home the pasta you don’t munch down during class!
