I don’t need to tell you this, but cupcakes are so 2011. If you haven’t discovered it yet, then the French Macaron is the treat that has elbowed out the cupcake to take the place as cake of the year. Unlike cupcakes there is a bit of an art to create the perfect macaron. How do you get it shiny? No cracks? And how do I get them to have feet?? These are only some of the questions that Macaron enthusiasts spend hours online discussing.

During this 3 hour Macaron class we will unveil the mystery and show you how to make the perfect Macaron – EVERY TIME!. We will be making two different types of pastries and fillings to accompany these, so you will have the best taste sensation when you pop these beauties into your mouth.

This is a 3 hour event. You will take home all the treats you made in class.
