Jam Week - workshop and band experience for young musicians!

Last week of the holidays, term time is almost upon us, it's time to cram in as much fun as possible in to the last remaining week!! Jam week is a music workshop week aimed at children from age 8 to 88!

We bring together all sorts of different children and musicians... those who have only had a few lessons and are just starting out and those who have been playing for years and years and are practically pros at the job! In this week you get the opportunity to form a group or band with fellow budding superstars and start putting your dreams into motion! Come and meet other nutty musicians who are mad about music and have fun doing what you love most!

There are no entry requirements, you just need to have a basic knowledge of your instrument and singers are welcome too! Improve on your skills with the help of our esteemed teachers and get the opportunity to meet other musicians and take away the experience of a life time. If you find a group during this week who you really want to carry on playing and rehearsing with then we will help you do just that and even put you in our Winter concert so you can play a proper gig!

The workshop runs 10am - 4pm, Monday 27th August - Friday 31st August (yes including the bank holiday) and is just £150 for the week... that's £30 per day which is just £5 per hour... bargain!
Furthermore, adults are welcome too! Granted we keep child and adult rehearsals separate but you get all the same opportunities and the point of this week is to 'jam' - exactly what it says on the tin! So if your children are up for it, why not dust off your Guitar and come join them too!
