Fair Fashion Fair - A pop-up charity shop in Notting Hill.

Turning mass-production shopping on its fashionista head, Fair Fashion Fair is changing the life cycle of clothes and the way people shop forever.
Fair Fashion Fair is a pop up charity shop that sources the best pieces of fashion including clothes, jewellery, furniture and everything in-between, all originating from items donated to charity. The pieces are then showcased in a unique pop up shop environment, highlighting the diversity of charity fashion to those who otherwise may not have been exposed to it.

With the debut event taking place in West London’s Notting Hill just of Westbourne Grove on 8 + 9 September, all items on sale over the weekend have been hand picked from Mind charity shops. Men and women alike can expect to find anything from rare vintage pieces to quirky animal print jumpers to bizarre and unusual items for the home. Upon arrival shoppers will find a unique shopping experience with a socially conscious message at its core.

Fair Fashion Fair aims to highlight the diversity of fashion charity shops have to offer, reducing the negative connotations some consumers have in conjunction to charity shop shopping, and in turn increasing the footfall to the shops. The event also aims to highlight the key messages of the supported charity, creating awareness of their brand and offering them an additional revenue stream for their donated items.

The upcoming Fair Fashion Fair will support the mental health charity Mind. Mind is the leading metal health charity for England and Wales. Mind believes that no one should have to face mental problems alone. They listen, give support, advice and are constantly pushing for a better deal and respect for everyone experiencing metal health problems.

Fair Fashion Fair was founded by Jade Alice Galston, a London College of Fashion graduate who strives to highlight charity shop shopping and provide charities with an additional revenue stream for donated items.
