Ancient River acoustic set at The Windmill on the Common

American band, Ancient River, are touring the UK and stopping in at The Windmill on The Common for an evening of fantastic music with free entry.

Ancient River is an Americanca/Psych/Space Folk band led by American singer/songwriter J. Baretto. Ancient River have released 6 albums, including Under The Sun (2010), Songs From North America (2011) and the much anticipated forthcoming album The Other Side Now (2012). Ancient River attribute artists such as Neil Young and Crazy Horse, Towns Van Zandt, John Fahey, Love (LA Band) and Pink Floyd as having a big influence on their music. Playing in London for the first time J. Barretto will be playing and acoustic set featuring songs from all 6 albums.
