Photography Exhibition

'Luce' [Light in Italian] is a series of 12 images created by using the moonlight and city lights to paint at night. With long exposure setting, a tripod and the camera used as a brush stroke, the photographer framed the reflections of lights gathered on a tilted attic window of her studio in North london and with smooth movements she created this series of soft light paintings on a black canvas sky.

The exhibition is part of the 2012 East London Photography Festival.
Images will be for sale; the photographer will donate 50% of the profit to the Orphanage La Pouponnière Marie Thérèse Houphouët Boignythe, in Abidjan, Cote D'Ivoire, where she is due to return at the end of October.
