Thanksgiving Feast at Island Grill

Thanksgiving is one of the most important dates of the year for American families. This year those who are far from home can celebrate with a special Thanksgiving menu at Island Grill, which overlooks Hyde Park.

Using traditional ingredients with a modern twist, Head Chef Darren Marshall’s three course menu includes an appetising Carpaccio of beef with cranberry dressing, followed by a main course of Turkey escalope cordon bleu with creamed potatoes, spinach and red wine jus. To finish, Darren has created a tasty pumpkin pie with burnt orange crème fraîche.

The menu will be available from Wednesday 21 November until Sunday 25 November 2012 and is priced at £12.50 for three courses.

Island Grill is a contemporary split-level space with dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows with views across Hyde Park. The modern European menu created by Head Chef, Darren Marshall, features the finest ingredients and changes with the seasons.

Island Grill is situated within Lancaster London, which is renowned for its panoramic views over Hyde Park and London’s famous skyline. Boasting 18 floors, this magnificent hotel is one of the tallest and most notable buildings in the vicinity.
