Created by Executive Chef Paul Bates and his team, the limited edition Afternoon Tea is a tasty take on the festive classic song The Twelve Days of Christmas.
Highlights include Speyside salmon with 'Lord of the Hundreds' cheese on granary bread and warm Mountbatten Estate partridge and morel mushroom pie. The jolly desserts feature a dark chocolate torte drum (complete with mini drumsticks), strawberry filled swan-shaped choux buns with air dried raspberry, and a beautiful treacle tart decorated with gold leaf and five gold rings.
No Afternoon Tea would be complete without warm homemade scones, Devonshire clotted cream and Paul Bates' renowned Kentish srawberry jam.
