The Brunel Museum invites you to a ‘Feast of Seven Fishes’: an unusual celebration on the site of the world’s first underwater banquet.
In this our 170th anniversary year, Master Chef Tom Hunt has revived an Italian Christmas banquet for the Tunnel Club. The meal will be served family style, on long tables in the Brunel Engine House. Join us as we remember Brunel’s most important legacy.

The banquet will be created using surplus ingredients that would otherwise have been thrown away for no good reason. This will include wonky vegetables, blemished fruits, wild foraged ingredients, and unwanted cuts of fish. Tom will be representing 7 species of fish that will be caught using sustainable fishing methods from recommended healthy stocks.

Volunteering opportunities, too.
