To mark the 75th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain, the Museum will be collaborating with the Richmond Local History Society to mount an exhibition relating Richmond’s experience of the Second World War. Focusing on the experiences of those on the Home Front during the conflict, this exhibition will explore the effect of the Blitz, rationing, Civil Defence efforts and many other aspects of everyday life for those living in Richmond during the Second World War.
