Mindfulness has been evidenced to help with regulating stress, as well as improving concentration levels, focus and relationships. The 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course is ideal for beginners who would like an introduction to mindfulness and its practice. This group course takes place on alternate Sundays and includes the same teaching practices that are on the weekly run course.
The price includes 18 hours teaching, the course handouts and meditation materials.
