Welcome to our January informal workshop – “Bust that New Year Resolution”!

Have you ever done this – worrying yet again about failing to accomplish your new year resolutions?

In fact, by the end of January, most of us have already done that, haven’t we?

I almost ground myself to a halt doing it. Out of so many thoughts spinning in my mind, one stood out: actually accomplishing them for a change could be the resolution itself! Hmmm – I think maybe that’s the most challenging resolution I’ve ever made. That made me think that there some other people out there having exactly the same problem. So if you think that this is something you would love to deal with, come and join us to find out what’s possible.

It’s a short 2 hour session starting with a chance to make new friends followed by useful activities to spike your motivation & creativity.
