SWOOVE© is an exercise class with a difference. It's not just about movement, it also incorporates vocalisation to give you a deeper workout. Before you panic, don't worry, we're not expecting you sing like Beyoncé or even sing at all. As long as you are making some noise, humming, whooping, even laughing, then you will be condracting your diaphram and core muscles. This gives you better support while exercising and allows you to burn a tonne of calories!!!
