Secure your place for Rough Runner London now with Stroke Association!

Rough Runner is an obstacle course challenge, combining distance running with a variety of obstacles along the way, each inspired by game shows such as Total Wipeout, Takeshi's Castle, Gladiators, and Fun House.

We know of no other event which brings a range of obstacles so massive, so ambitious, and so much fun into the centre of the capital. With the legendary Travelator on the doorstep of millions of Londoners, this will give you the opportunity to bring your favourite TV game show memories into reality.

If you’ve always fancied taking part in a Rough Runner, but getting there has been too much of a task, then this is the one for you. This will be the event’s last year at Clapham Common, so don’t miss your chance to take part!

A 5km, 10km or 15km route are the distance options to suit all levels of fitness, and since Rough Runner don’t do laps, you’ll get more, different obstacles the further you run.
