Nominated for 5 UK Festival Awards in 2016, including Best Metropolitan Festival, Best Small Festival and Best Grass Roots Festival, Northchurch Terrace will radiate festival vibes, as music-lovers from the local community and across London come together to soak up the summer sounds from a hot bed of six incredibly talented cherry-picked artists.

Kicking things off will be Acoustic Sundays’ Open Mic Sessions, followed by this month’s stellar line-up, providing you with the perfect summer's day soundtrack. Chloé Davis aka EIRA will combine her hypnotic voice with beautifully intricate piano arrangements and we’ll hear close harmonies, honest lyrics and original songs from modern folk duo Lostboy.

Brit School student and singer/songwriter Sarah Meth will couple a powerful vocal style with sophisticated melodies as she draws influence from many jazz and soul greats, whilst Daniel Dunlevy delivers melody-driven, folk and rock-infused guitar music.

Also, joining us will be Ivor Game - whose 2016 album ‘A New Start’ has found airplay across the world - as he moves seamlessly between the poignant and the light and the bright, along with finger-picking, upside-down-right-handed-guitarist Fin O’Brine and his honest lyrics on a myriad of topics, both personal and abstract, which seem both original and familiar in equal measure.

Progressive street food pop-up 2 Fingers will be back in residence with their much-acclaimed fish finger sandwiches as well as more recent additions to the new extended retro menu, including Soft Shell Crab Burger with napa-slaw and the Bánh Mì 2 with pickled Daikon radish and carrot, chilli and coriander all packed in a warm baguette.

Acoustic Sunday’s Sensibly Priced Pop-Up Bar will be serving a selection of local craft beers and fine wines along with our Acoustic Sunday’s Summer Cup, the ever popular ‘home-brew’ -home-made Ginger Beer with fair-trade lemons and fiery fresh root ginger and a special summer cocktail, as voted for by you! Happy hour runs from 4-5pm, with special offers on selected drinks.

Run entirely by a team of dedicated volunteers, Acoustic Sunday provides an essential platform for media training and creative opportunities for young people in the community. Acoustic Sunday is an initiative by SoundAdviceUK, supporting the use of live music and media to celebrate diversity, whilst creating more connected communities.

What better way to welcome in the summer than a festival on your doorstep?

Join us on the 4th of June for one of the most unique live music events London has to offer.
