ate is delighted to announce the talented chef line up that will be taking over the Level 9 kitchens for a three week Carousel residency in July 2017. Bringing their open kitchen ethos across the river to Tate Modern, from its home in Marylebone, Carousel will be hitting the road for the first time ever with three very gifted chefs.
Hamish Anderson, Tate Catering CEO: “It’s going to be great fun working with the Carousel team, seeing how different Chefs interpret ingredients and respond to the space.
