Being ManKind exists to question what masculinity is to each individual. This workshop is based on their newly published book which features honest stories from diverse role models that show the beauty of humanity, individuality and kindness. Drop in to listen to some of the stories featured and share your own.

Superhero workshop with artist Chris Sav

6.30pm - 8pm
Create your own superhero based on the uncelebrated aspects of you. Are you shy? Always late? Bad at sports? Create an illustration using Chris’s templates to make a positive superhero.

The Calm Zone

6.30pm - 8pm
Come and explore this space to share your ideas about masculinity, mental health and what it means to be a man today. You can chat to CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) volunteers, sit back and watch some videos, or share your deepest secrets and proudest moments on our walls.

Soldier chats

6.30pm - 8pm
Sit down with the guys and find out what it's like to be in the army.
