Draft House is setting up shop in London’s Camden, just opposite Camden Road Station and the venue is a massive celebration of pub, beer and rock ‘n’ roll history.

Especially for the site, Draft House has commissioned the Camden Rock Map, which charts the area's seminal musical history from the 1960s to now, highlighting key pop-culture milestones from Pink Floyd’s 1960s proto-raves at the Roundhouse via the Britpop 90s, right through to the emergence of Amy Winehouse and Arctic Monkeys.

To celebrate the launch of the Camden Rock Map, the pub will be hosting a ‘Draft House Rocks’ social and pub quiz on Thursday 14th September. Participants will be dragged through Camden’s dramatic rock history in all its dirty glory – with each quiz-round dedicated to a different musical genre. Starting from the 60s and leading up to present day, the music and quiz theme will revolve around each era, with the final hour culminating with a live set from Camden indie legend, DJ Alicat.

What’s more, beer will be available at Britpop-era pricing, with cans of Draft House’s very own By The Sea Festival Pale Ale available to purchase for just £1.58 from 6pm – 8pm – the same price as a pint back in 1995, when Camden Town was the backdrop for the Britpop wars between Blur and Oasis.
