Is now the time to choose a life of more ease and peace?

In 2012 I was about to check out of this life and end it all. Depression very nearly killed me. I was in such self judgment and loathing, I had no money, I hated my body, my relationship was on the rocks, my business wasn't going anywhere... nothing seemed to be working for me at all. At that time, it felt the quickest and easiest way out of all that was to end it all.

I didn't.

What changed it for me were the tools of Access Consciousness, and most specifically the Access Bars®. My life went from the place of self hate, contraction, and self destruction to a space or more choices, more ease with my body, greater receiving of everything, fun with my relationships and business, and even greater possibilities available to me. And I have a much quieter head too without all those incessant thoughts distracting me!
