This year, House of Voga returns to City rooftop restaurant Coq d’Argent with two classes scheduled in for 21st January and 4th February at 11am. Classes are the perfect blend of fashion and fitness, combining yoga with the art of vogu-ing. Guests are then invited to dine at the restaurant for a special vegan menu focused around root vegetables, as part of D&D London’s Mindful City campaign. In partnership with Nuffield Health nutritionist, Jessica O’Dwyer, head chef Damien Rigollet has created the Back to Roots menu will list all nutritional benefits and properties alongside each dish including Carpaccio de betterave heritage (golden and red beetroot carpaccio, black truffle, spirulina, basil and balsamic vinaigrette); Celerie fume (baked and smoked celeriac, chargrilled sourdough toast); and Brownies au chocolat (Dark chocolate brownie, turmeric and coconut sorbet). In addition, guests ordering off the vegan menu can benefit from a 10% discount on membership to Nuffield Health City Fitness and Wellbeing, a beautiful gym in the City, located a few minutes’ walk from Coq d’Argent.

Available from Monday-Sunday, the menu is priced at 2 courses (£26.50) and 3 courses (£29.50). On Saturdays, the menu can be paired with bottomless Moet & Chandon Champagne for an extra £38pp. #MindfulCity18
