Borough Market will be providing culinary inspiration from Northern Ireland to celebrate St Patrick’s Day in the capital, with guest traders setting up shop in the Market Hall to sell some of the best Northern Irish delicacies available. The regional showcase will bring to life a fantastic array of produce sourced from this small, yet mighty, region with a longstanding heritage in food and drink.

There'll be all the ingredients to make a legendary Ulster fry, from Cavanagh eggs to freshly baked soda farls. For a healthier, but equally delicious, breakfast traditionally milled porridge oats will be on sale frome regional producers. Add to that Irish black butter and award-winning rapeseed oil, and visitors won't be disappointed in the ingredients available.

With demonstration kitchens taking place to give inspiration on how to cook with these regionally-sourced ingredients, there will be plenty of recipes to take home and inspire visitors to cook up a St Patrick’s Day feast.
