Michelin starred Chef Claude Bosi celebrates Nespresso On Ice with an exclusive chilled summer menu

Nespresso has collaborated with critically-acclaimed French chef Claude Bosi to create an exquisite chilled lunchtime menu the Nespresso On Ice Gourmet Menu, available at Claude’s restaurant Bibendum.

Developed in consultation with the Michelin star chef to celebrate the launch of the Nespresso Chill Out Your Summer campaign and its two limited-edition Italian iced coffees, Salentina and Shakerato, the indulgent lunchtime experience will be served alongside refreshing Nespresso On Ice.

Offering guests Nespresso Iced Coffee, alongside sumptuous summer flavours, the menu includes a jersey royal salad with smoked Nespresso Ristretto hollandaise, brown butter Nespresso Origin India mayonnaise lobster rolls and a veal and shrimp steamed bun – and concludes with soft serve apple tarte tatin in a cone.

Set in the luxurious setting of Bibendum which gained two Michelin stars after just eight months of opening, the bespoke menu comprising of high-end cuisine, will be available for a limited time only, between the 9th-31st July 2018.
