Free Yoga Festival & Open Day

Black Lotus Yoga will host a free festival on Saturday, 25 August 2018, and everyone is invited to come along to our free Yoga taster classes from 9:00am to 2:30pm. Outdoor yoga at 1:00pm on Deck of El Vaquero on Hale Lane.

Our Festival and Open Day is a fantastic way to try something new, completely free of charge, and to introduce your friends and family to the joys of Yoga. Never tried Flow before? This new Yoga studio in Mill Hill Broadway is offering Hot and Heated Yoga and not so hot classes for all ages and abilities. With state-of-the-art, eco-efficient infra-red heating and humidity, plus some of London's top Yoga teachers, this is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of North London.
