Luxeat and ANA present 'Culinary Journeys', a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience.

Culinary Journeys is a carefully curated, luxury dining event held this October within the unparalleled settings of Yashin Ocean House, South Kensington.

With limited tickets available, lucky guests are set for a treat with the collaboration of All Nippon Airways (ANA) and premium food blog Luxeat. Following the sell-out success of last year’s partnerships in Ibiza and Barcelona, it is now London’s turn to experience the authentic taste of Japanese dining at its best.

The Chefs

Two Michelin star sushi master Kouji Kimura, dubbed the ‘father of aged sushi’ for his distinctive technique in taking the traditional art of aging fish and combining this with pioneering new styles of sushi.

Japanese beef master Kentaro Nakahara, regarded as one of the best Wagyu shokunins in Tokyo, whose Wagyu katsu sandwich is considered among the best in the world.

Tempura master Shuji Niitome, known for his speciality seafood, meats and vegetables, whose 10-seat tempura restaurant in Nagoya is ranked the very best by the prestigious tabelog.com guide

In collaboration with Yashin Ocean House head chef, sushi master Shinya Ikeda.

This is the first time that three of the world's leading shokunins will cook together, and with reservations at the chefs’ own sell-out restaurants notoriously difficult, guests will be met with a truly once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience.

The Hosts

ANA, Japan's award-winning 5-Star airline, has partnered with Aiste Miseviciute, the former fashion model turned food blogger and founder of Luxeat, to bring an authentic flavour of Japan to the UK capital.

This event forms part of ANA’s ‘We Are Japan’ programme, designed to create a deeper appreciation of the island nation and its culture – and to connect with those who share a passion for the best cuisine Japan has to offer.

This event is in collaboration with Yashin Ocean House head chef Shinya Ikeda, who has been living in the UK since 2002 and is one of Europe's best sushi masters as well as kaiseki disciples. Supported by "Rossini caviar" and "Tamura beef".
