International Sherry Week Hits London

Sherry lovers and discoverers, tantalise your taste buds and immerse yourself in the delicious flavours of sherry wines from Jerez as the capital opens its doors to International Sherry Week.

Running from 8 – 14 October 2018, an array of London venues will be hosting events to celebrate southern Spain’s finest wine.

Sherry tastings, cocktail masterclasses and gastro events will introduce you to the many styles of this class act of a wine which can be perfectly paired with a variety of food, from tapas to the latest trends. Before you know it you will turn into a sherry aficionado, knowing the difference between a fino, manzanilla and cream to name just a few sherry wine styles.

A Sherry Trail map of London with nearly 50 venues will help you find the best places to enjoy a sherry experience including Barrafina, whose Dean Street restaurant retained their Michelin Star this week, Jose Pizarro, Camino and Morito. The map can be downloaded via link below.

Now in its fifth year, International Sherry Week is a calendar favourite for Brits with more events in the UK than any other country in the world.
