Tony Kofi’s A portrait of Cannonball opened this year’s Swanage festival and was a wonderful success. The band is a tribute to Julian ‘Cannonball’ Adderley, a saxophonist in the mould of Charlie Parker and a leading voice in the soul jazz explosion of the sixties. This promises to be a great finish to our Autumn Season!

Jazz in the House returns for a new season of informal evening concerts this Autumn, with big names playing alongside Lauderdale favourites. Expect modern, world-class jazz in a beautiful historic setting.

Portrait of Cannonball featuring Tony Kofi perform live on Thursday 6 December, bringing this year's Jazz in the House season to an end. The bar will be open from 8pm and the music begins at 8.30pm.
