PowerWave Games

Returning for a fourth year the PowerWave Games is one of the UK's biggest open event team fitness battles and we want you to be a part of it!

The PowerWave Games are open to all gym goers, athletes, fitness enthusiasts and of course PowerWavers of all abilities and training styles.

Whether you're into crossfit or crosstrainer, boxing or bootcamp, strength training or spin, if you've never used a PowerWave bag before then don't worry - you won't be the only one!

Pair up and take part in an event that will put your strength, endurance and fitness to the test, will push you out of your comfort zone and increase your confidence in your ability.

Team can be same or mixed sex but participants must be aged 18 or over.

Entry is free for spectators and with a dedicated trade area, Junior active zone, live DJ plus some great food available!
