Brick Lane Circle presents Comedy and Seminar with Naveed Mahbub

Come along for an evening of laughter as well as a few insights into what makes the comedy scene in Bangladesh work, and how it is developing. This is a seminar with a difference which explores what makes us giggle along with the history of the various forms of comedy; physical, jokey jokes, slap stick, stand-up, improv, ‘Saturday Night Live’, late night shows and more. Are there any dos and don’ts? How is it used beyond entertainment? Does comedy play a part in the context of health, social messaging, corporate and education. This will be followed by a Q&A – and a chuckle or two!
