London A Cappella Festival - m-pact

With their show-stopping vocals and unstoppable energy, American all-male a cappella group m-pact is making a huge impact on the a cappella community.

Imagine the smooth soul of Sam Smith, the percussive power of Stomp, the funk and groove of Bruno Mars, and the brass bite of the Michael Bublé Big Band – all mixed with the group’s signature sophisticated sound and accessible appeal.

Giving their debut UK performance, they will showcase songs from their new EP ‘Wonderful World’.

With a vocal repertoire spanning many musical genres, the Los Angeles-based ensemble have won awards in pop, jazz and R&B fields including Vocal Group of the Year (the LA Music Awards) and an Indie nomination (the Independent Grammy), as well as being Grand National Champs of the Harmony Sweepstakes competition.

They have toured across the world, with superstars including Sheryl Crow, Natasha Bedingfield and Ray Charles; as well as with jazz legends Natalie Cole, Bobby McFerrin, the Woody Herman Orchestra and the Maynard Ferguson Big Band. Over the last two decades, their signature sound has been used both in TV themes and Disney feature films, and is enjoyed on jazz and pop radio worldwide.
