Mary Poppins Returns Snowglobe Photobooth Experience

Experience the whimsy of 1930s London in our storewide celebration of the new Disney film Mary Poppins Returns.

Ahead of the opening of the film – starring Emily Blunt, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Ben Whishaw, Emily Mortimer, Julie Walters with Colin Firth and Meryl Streep – on 21st December, we’ve transformed our flagship store into an extraordinary wonderland.

Fans of both the first film and this enchanting new chapter will be taken on a magical trip down Cherry Tree Lane as hallmarks from the film wind their way across the store. Four original costumes* designed by Academy Award-winning designer Sandy Powell and worn by the cast will be showcased in our Knightsbridge windows alongside gilded umbrellas – Poppins’ preferred method of travel.

Twinkling cherry trees arch over the escalators on the Fifth Floor, where our Café shimmers with a gold and silver umbrella-strewn canopy, while a cherry tree bursts through the floor to the ceiling. Customers will be able to enjoy Christmas delights and hot beverages in CANVAS, and to complete the picture-perfect setting, a giant snowglobe takes centre stage. Step inside to have a photo taken against a backdrop of London streets with whirling cherry blossoms. The snowglobe will be open daily 9th November – 4th January and in just 10 minutes visitors will have a printed memento of their festive day out.
