Cookery Schools
The Chef’s Table will host a packed programme of cookery workshops and masterclasses hosted by Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, L’Ateliers des Chefs, The School of Wok, Chef Academy of London, Westminster Kingsway College and Richard Holden BBQ. All of which will run their own teaching kitchens over the three days. Attendees will be able to build their own programme of hour-long classes and sample the best these leading cookery schools have to offer.

The Chef’s Theatre
One of the highlights of the event will be the opportunity to see some of the UK’s leading chefs on the theatre stage. Chefs Galton Blackiston (Morston Hall), Vivek Singh (The Cinnamon Club) and Gary Usher (Sticky Walnut) will be joined by some of the stars of this year’s Great British Menu: Selin Kiazim (Oklava) and Scott Goss (Verdigris). There will also be demonstrations from Chantelle Nicholson (Tredwells), Emily Watkins (Kingham Plough), Tim Anderson (Nanban), Ramael Scully (Scully’s), Gill Meller (River Cottage) and many more. After each demonstration the audience will have the opportunity to sample the food prepared, put their questions to the chef and meet them at book signings.

Chef’s Table Dining Experiences
Take a seat at the pass for one of our intimate dining experiences to watch chefs at work while they prepare your meal, learn and ask questions about what they’re doing, take photographs and then enjoy the results. Zoe Adjonyoh founder of Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen will demonstrate her unique approach to home-cooking with West African ingredients; The Seafood School at Billingsgate will explore cooking with a range of sustainably-sourced fish and seafood, while food-waste pioneers Save the Date will inspire us to tackle the problem of food waste with recipe and preservation ideas.

Tasting Rooms
And it’s not just about food - there will be wine and spirits sessions throughout the weekend. Unearth new wines and discover perfect pairings with sessions led by expert vintners and sommeliers - you can find great matches for wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks.

Food, Drink and Shopping
Of course, once you have learned from the experts you may want to pick up some of the kit or speciality ingredients. The carefully curated shopping area will give you the opportunity to explore and learn about equipment from such as hand-crafted knives and chopping boards, cookware and equipment and unusual ingredients you won’t find in your local supermarket.

There will be food and drink producers and a handful of top quality street food vendors to keep you well fed and watered throughout the day including Islington’s Little Viet Kitchen, DeliVita pizzas and Kerbisher & Malt’s sustainably-sourced fish and chips.
