What future does the landscape have once its resources are exhausted? This exhibition showcases the work of two artists - Frank Ferrie and Mark Stuart-Smith- who consider the impact of man upon our rural environment. In a series of large-scale panoramic drawings, dramatic paintings and photographs, the show considers the way in which the countryside has been mined for its riches then abandoned. In recent times, such places may have been reclaimed for their picturesque qualities, but in these images of rural Spain and Wales there is no horizon.
