About your Founded Wellness Consultant: Risa Gabrielle is a London-based wellbeing practitioner, sleep coach, and yoga teacher. She was initially drawn to yoga for the stretches but stayed for the major changes it made to her personal life. Experiencing for herself how challenges with anxiety, migraines and sleep disorders could be changed through yoga kept her delving deeper. Risa is now dedicated to sharing this knowledge within workplaces and in studios across London.
