Whether you call it Shrove Tuesday, Fat Tuesday or, as we prefer, Mardi Gras, it’s carnival time at The Mulwray on Tuesday 5th March, and we’ll be partying like we are in New Orleans.

As well as being famous for their Mardi Gras parade, the Crescent City is the birthplace of world-renowned cocktails; “Vieux Carré” from Carousel Bar, Pat O’Brien’s original “Hurricane” and the “French 75” from Arnaud’s, just to name a few. With a saloon bar and cocktail menu taking inspiration from these famous drinking dens, it seems only right that we should go all out for the Louisianan tradition of Mardi Gras right here in London.

Join us for an evening of cocktails, carnival, and, of course, some great live music; Rhythm & Blue Martyn will be filling the room with dance-worthy New Orleans style jazz, influenced by the band’s formative years spent living and performing in the famous Cajun city.

And, in true southern hospitality, there may be the odd shot or two…

Laisser les bons temps rouler !
