"What seems to be the problem? - Death"

Celebrating 200 years since the first publication of Mary Shelley's novel, Frankenstein is a new play inspired by the classic story.

In his attempt to create a machine consciousness, Robert Walton's research takes him to the University of Geneva. There, he finds an old journal containing the story of a Victoria Frankenstein.

150 years prior, Victoria Frankenstein is determined to find the key to immortality. When she is expelled from university, she sets out to prove her theories in a dangerous experiment.

Frankenstein explores core themes of the novel, such as the question of identity and the morality of scientific progress, in a modern context. In a changing world, everyone has to eventually find their own answers to the question of what it means to be human.
